- What should I expect at my UKYS appointment?

A fun and informative experience! You'll meet one-on-one with a UKYS stylist, who will guide you through the entire process. First, we'll help set you up with an account if you don't have one already. Then, we'll take your measurements, show you our fabrics and help you customize your products. It's an easy and fun process!
- Do you take walk-ins?

- How long does an appointment take?

Appointments usually take 45 minutes, though it can be longer or shorter than that depending on what you want.
- What should I wear to my appointment?

We suggest that you wear a well-fitting shirt and pair of trousers, so we can take an accurate set of measurements. No thick and baggy jeans please!
- Can I bring some friends with me?

- What if I need to change or cancel my appointment time?

We ask that you allow up to 1 week from order date to arrival. You may want to factor in 1 week for potential alterations.

Payment is due at your consultation appointment if you decide to have any item tailored.
