you with an objective second opinion of how your garments fit. You'll receive personal attention from
one of our stylists, who will make suggestions on the best ways to improve the fit of your custom-made
clothes. Why do we do this? Because when you look good, we look good!
Alteration credits are available within 30 days of receiving your custom-made product. We offer up to $75
in alteration credit per custom suit and $25 in alteration credit for all other custom-made items. Just
bring the UKYS Alteration
Form to your local tailor and have him/her perform the adjustments
described.
Remember to keep your receipt – you'll need to submit a photo or scan of it to qualify for the
alterations credit. Once you have your alterations form and receipt ready, please send us an email at
help@ukys.com. We'll process the credit and adjust your measurement
profile so we can perfect your fit
on future orders.
Remakes
Remakes
Unalterable? Don't worry, we'll actually remake your order.
We offer full remakes within 30 days of receiving your custom-made product.
If you think you need a remake, email us at help@ukys.com. We'll ask
for some pictures so we can see how your garments look and one of our stylists will work with you on
correcting any issues with fit.
Once your remake is processed, you'll need to send the unworn and undamaged original item back to us
within 30 days of the approved remake application so we can properly credit you for the return. Please
print and include the original invoice or order email confirmation along with your package. For
international returns, please declare the contents as returned clothing with a declared value
of $1 USD
to avoid being assessed any customs duties. We recommend using a shipping service that allows for
tracking and delivery confirmation. Please note: You'll be responsible for any return shipping
charges.

Please also note that customization options cannot be changed for remakes, unless there was an error in a
customization option on the original item made by UKYS.

Full refunds are available within 30 days of receiving your product.
However, we do encourage you to take advantage of our Alteration Credit or Remake options if you have any
issues with your custom-made clothing. Our goal is to make sure you are 100% happy with your
purchase.
Customers must apply for a return within 60 days of the purchase. Garments must be unused and undamaged
in order to qualify for a refund. Returned garments may not be altered. Garments that do not meet these
requirements will be returned to the customer.
Full refunds are available only on products that are unworn, unaltered, and undamaged. Any package
received that does not meet the aforementioned requirements will be sent back to the customer without
refund. For any items purchased with a coupon or gift certificate, the coupon/gift certificate will be
refunded before any other payment source.
If items are purchased as part of a package or promotion, all items must be returned in order to receive
a full refund. Any items that are not returned will be charged at full retail price.
We recommend using a shipping service that allows for tracking and delivery confirmation. Please include
the original invoice or order email confirmation along with your package. For international returns,
please declare the contents as "returned clothing" with a declared value of $1 USD to avoid being

- What if my suit doesn't fit?

We won't stop until you are 100% satisfied with your garment. We may ask for a photo of you in
your suit so that our professional stylist can take a look. They will listen to your concerns
and comments and make the necessary alterations. UKYS covers up to $75 per garment and $25 for

- How do I receive a reimbursement?

Email us at help@ukys.com to get started. Include your
concerns and comments, as well as your
receipt and alteration form. Be sure to email us within 60 days of receiving your order.
- I need a remake. What do I do?

We are here for you and make it easy to get a remade suit.
First, email us photos (2Mb maximum) of you in your suit (front, back, and side views.) Be
sure to close the buttons, remove the jacket vents, and stand with your arms relaxed. See
the examples below for photo guidelines:

Next, tell us how we can improve your suit, such as what feels too tight or too loose. Pinch
and measure (in inches) loose fabric and measure how much extra fabric you need in tight
areas. Here's an example:

Finally, we understand that it can be difficult to explain every problem with measurements.

- How long does it take to do a remake?

We ask that you wait 30 days at most, so that we can ensure a quality fit.
- How do I make a return?

Take advantage of our Alterations Credits or Remake if you want to make a return. To receive a
full refund, your suit must be unused, unaltered, and undamaged. Otherwise, we will send the
product back to you without changes. If you are making a return and used a coupon or gift
certificate, the amount on the coupon or gift certificate will be returned first. If you
purchased items in a promotion or package, all of those items must be returned in order to get
fully refunded. Any missing items will be charged at full price. It is recommended that you use
a tracking delivery shipment option when you make a return. Be sure to include the original
invoice/email order confirmation in your return package. If you are making an international
return, declare the package as "clothing" (valued at $1 USD) to avoid customs. You are
responsible for return shipping charges.

- Do I need to return the original suit to get a remake?

Yes. We need the original so that we can avoid the same mistakes on the remake. We will reserve
the appropriate fabric for your remake.
